On September 15th of the current year, the issuer informed through a rights notice the exchange of more than 836 physical to electronic Series "1" and "C-1" shares that are currently in the custody of Indeval. 

This is how "El Puerto de Liverpool, S.A.B. de C.V." (LIVEPOL), one of the companies that is currently in the custody of Indeval, will be able to exchange its shares. (LIVEPOL), one of the largest full-line department store companies in the country and part of the BMV Group's family of issuers, is positioned as the first issuer to be part of the migration to Electronic Capital Securities.
