Announcement - Schedule of Adjustment Requests 2023

Dear Participants.

We hereby inform you of the deadline to request adjustments corresponding to 2023 for the custodians CITIBANK, BNP Paribas and Euroclear, we remind you that the adjustments are requests for extraordinary cases, we would be grateful if you could make the necessary activities to send us your requests (if required) within the following dates:

Note: The above does not apply to payments mentioned in the " ANNOUNCEMENT: DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF ADJUSTMENTS FC 2022 - FP 2023" as those events have a special treatment.

In case you have any adjustment that complies with the information requested for processing with our custodian CITIBANK, you are kindly requested to send it before the indicated date to the following e-mail: ajustesindeval@grupobmv.com.mx with copy to: taxinternacional@grupobmv.com.mx, internacional@grupobmv.com.mx.

In case of adjustments for BNP Paribas and Euroclear custodian, please send it before the indicated date to: derechossic@grupobmv.com.mx with copy to: taxinternacional@grupobmv.com.mx.

Please note that no applications will be processed after the above mentioned dates.

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the participants to follow up on the required adjustments. We also remind you that the process takes a minimum of 2 weeks to receive the funds.
