Announcement- Global Custodian Change Second BNP Provider

Dear Participants,

We hereby inform you that in accordance with the constant evaluation of custody providers and in order to exercise redundancy in services, we have made the decision to migrate the US securities position from CITIBANK N.A. to the secondary provider of this market, BNP PARIBAS on February 6, 2024.

In the coming weeks we will be sending out announcements with the plan for the transfer of assets and some additional requirements.
